THANK YOU FOR SHOWING THE OMARK GOAL. Everyone talks about Datsyuk’s goal but many don’t realize that Omark did it first, and his was quite frankly a nicer goal.
Both are illegal moves.

@@zahven ok dummy. Puck cannot go backwards at any time once the skater touches it at center ice. All those toe drags and 360's the puck is pulled back. Every single one. Learn the game child.

@@masongillis225 you said it wrong but I understand what you meant and yes, I know the rules and yes, the puck went backwards. The refs really don't call that though as the NHL wants to see creativity and wants these games to end.
Linus omark at the beginning just seemed unimaginable at the time. The panenka of hockey. Still my favorite goal to see.

Thats one I wonder if they'd allow in the NHL. I mean I think it's a cool, good goal, but I could see a coach throwing a fit, or some rookie ref calling some bullshit.
A couple of former OKC Barons in this video, nice.
Omark and Toni Rajala, while they didn't play on the same teams (Omark 2010-2011 and Rajala 2014-2016), they were pretty deadly in the ice. It was fun watching them play.

I have a rule question. Shouldn´t the puch have forward momentum all the time? But for example the first, third and the fourth penalty they drag the puck backwards. Is that ok?
I don’t know about all the dif international leagues’ rules & internationally, etc...but in the NHL the rule was changed after a while that basically said the player had to be moving forward. The problem was there were so many spin-o-rama goals on shootouts b/c the player would essentially “box out” the goalie. So after a couple years of having the shootout as a part of the game, the NHL made that rule. Intl/Junior leagues may have made that adjustment to the rule too, but I’m not sure. I know at least with the 1st goal, the Olmark goal, that was a loooong time ago. Probably before the rule (if it was implemented) *was* implemented. So some of these may be “ok” based on the rules at the time.

the first one wasn't creative, Datsyuk did it first, it was a Datsyuk flip, which is a variation of the regular Datsyuk. he first did it in a shootout against the Chicago Blackhawks on January 17th, 2010
