I'm from Seminole, Oklahoma! I was born and raised there. I'm so excited to see this once beautiful, now delapidated, structure remade into something that will make the city proud again. In it's declining years, The Van -Sanford Apartments were neglected by it's owners and allowed to be run down. I can't wait to see the transformation! Thank you GuRuStu and your wife for making this happen in my beloved town!

It's so sad that the building was so run down. So many buildings are owned by out of towners and they don't keep those buildings up. I had the Hammons building which is a nice building in downtown but the owner did not do anything to maintain it.

It still has original wood work in it. I wish it could be restored to what it was when it was built
