I viewed the previous courses that were particularly well constructed and thought. Thanks for letting this go public. However, regarding Kaprow's performance, there is clearly nothing new or enlighting at any point. Buddhism has been experimenting with meditation and the awareness of the mechanism of breathing for a long time now (roughly 2500 years ago). Being conscious of one-slelf your relation to the outside world has been at the core of Buddhist thought and should be related to this lecture.
