No I don't. I'm hearing this for the first time in my life. I believe tuners setup their drift machines for constant controllable oversteer. Even if someone has lots of grip (for big radius drifts with lots of smoke for the judges) he has to pack like 500+ hp and fat torque numbers like all top contestants in D1GP nowadays.
