      Haa baba ji but max 30 min because no time and I have to go offfice but I want to tell you that this information really help me & many others so please make videos whenever you have time. I am requesting you to please make a video to clean dark spot, burns, wrinkles, etc I am suffering from pimples, dark spot, burning skin and I have used alot of costmatic creams and facewash but it's effect goes reverse & wrong. My age 22 years & oily skin too and I am following your pimple wali video treatment everyday it's quite effective please reply me what should I do and give me your mail I'd I will send you my daily routine.

    Pregnancy mai cold (jukhaam) theek krne ka illaj batayien.

      Hi, friend. I don't know the answer to this question, but I'd suggest you to try mild + slow kapalbhati and see if your hands still feel numb..

    Guru Ji, Can I do Kapal Bhati with breaks eg I do 50, pause for 10 seconds then do 50 and do 12 rounds so total 600 reps or should I try to do continuous for 10 minutes . I noticed that if I do 10 minutes contineous I can't push in very hard but can do with slow strokes.
    Second question: i noticed that if I do kapalbhati for 10 minutes my right back ( kidney) area remains a bit sore, is that an issue? its not too much pain but slightly sore.
    Would appreciate your kind feedback

    Please distinguish between exercise, yoga ( asana and pranayam). How to do both in a balanced way to get the maximum benefits. As per my knowledge, one should do exercise and asana in morning while pranayam in evening. Your views please.

    Guru ji one thing I got confused...swami ramdev ji use to say that we should practice kapalvati for 15-20mints...you are also telling that...but in youtube only I have seen one yogi ji...swami dheeraj...he says that one should never practice kapalvati for more than a minute...so I am getting confused what to do???Please help

    Hume ye bataye ki kya kapalbhati me pet pe dhaaka dene ke saath hi swas jhatke se bahar chodna hota hai na.aur ye prakriya lagatar karni hai.Mai aesa hi karta hoon.lekin kisi kisi video me mai ye bhi dekhta hoon ki wo sirf jhatke ke saath swas bahar chhodne ko bolte hai.aur kehte hai ki pet khud hi andar ki aur chala jayega.Isliye mai thoda confuse ho jata hoon confusion dur kariye.please...please

    me kapal bhati 4 mahine se kar rha hun aur mera body weight day by day kam hota ja rha h . aur face ka fat bhi bilkul katm ho gya ..bhut preshan hun kpalbhati krna chahta hun lekin body weight ab kam krna nahi chHta.help me

    Guruji Maine 7 din lagatar kapal bhati kiya. 50-100 reps, ab achanak mere pero me aur jangho me jabardast pain shuru ho gaya hain.
    Abhi main koi yoga nahi kar raha hoon. Lekin pain abhi bhi hain. Kuch upay bataein.

    Sir kapalbhati grahani ibs or colitis...ke helpful h ya nhi .plz suggest me mujhe bhut cofusion h bcz i hv been suffering from grahani last 4 year se...or kitna tym krna chahiye plz provide m full detail...bcz bhut log preshan h es problm se ..its a request guru ji...ya ap ek episode bna do es p..

    स्वामी जी मेरी कमर के निचले हिस्से में दर्द रहता है ( Lower back pain )। ये मांसपेशियों की एंठन ( Muscular Stiffness ) की वजह से है। मुझे इसमें हल्का हल्का दर्द रहता है। बर्दाश ना हो सके इतना ज्यादा नहीं होता है
    तो क्या मै कपालभाति कर सकता हूं
