Its sad to see the ending of a 20 year marriage. It sounds as though Kevin is being responsible and trying to abide by the priorly agreed upon arrangement. Its disgusting that she spent over 95 thousand dollars of his money on divorce attorneys.

Yes, or someone who could support herself...? My fear is that if this pre-nup is not enforceable it paves the way for other pre-nups to be invalidated, essentially rendering them worthless. I’m married to a woman 15 years younger than me, we have phenomenal communication with each other and very much the same values. I think when Mrs Costner started talking about their early relationship, private planes etc, she lost sight of the things that really matter in life.

She’s my “Forever Baby”.😊 All of her siblings are married now. My 3 older daughters live in N.C, MN, & FL. My son lives an hour away from me in OK. I am grandmother of 12 & another one on the way.😊 My former husband, now remarried, has 2 (a 1 & 3 yr. olds) half siblings to our 5. I call them my bonus grandchildren. ☺️

It drives me insane these people that marry celebrities, and she got the kids and now uses this all against him . That pre nup should be upheld. She signed it, with her attorney. I was a single mother for years and got 300 dollars a week for 4 kids so I just don't feel bad for her....

She's the one dragging her children into this mess she created and he's not asking the kids to leave, just her.

Single parent of four kids, that he relinquished ALL parental care of, so i had 100% parental care.... no child support whatsoever... he left the country... and had to wait for him to file for divorce to settle the property as i could not afford legal fees as a petitioner, but was granted legal aid as a respondent.
The marriage was 18 years long, and both of us were financial contributors with the property purchased during the marriage. I received 100% of the property in the divorce as the Judge recognised he would not contribute financially to his children going forward, as he hadn't for the previous 4 years.
I suspect this ex wife of Mr Costner sees dollar signs and a bright financial future on his dime, whilst using the children to leverage the maximum she can get her greedy mitts on is outrageous.
Given the eldest is 16, the youngest is 13 there is 5 years of dependency of all three children in total.
Having a stable home is important for the children and 18 years of marriage does amount to something, so for me, i would hope that Kevin would offer a property in settlement.
Note, a property purchased during the marriage that she can choose to reside in, or sell. If no such property exists, then the purchase of a property that she can reside in for the next 5 years, but that Kevin holds the deed for, and upon the youngest child turning 18, she can arrange to purchase from him for a reasonable amount.
No alimony. Get off her butt and get a job, like the rest of us had to. Child support is for the children's needs, not the ex Mrs Costner's cushy lifestyle tax free.
i see a Home Depot job in her future.... 😂

I just watched the video of their 'tenant' and he indeed was very courteous with the pushy reporter. Not sure what was trying to be implied; that KC approached the guy to hook up with C, as he (KC) was always gone? Seems over the top, but that's just me.
It's always tough when a long-term marriage falls apart. I feel sorry for both, along with the kids.
Any way it goes, KC will pay big...but perhaps not as big as he did in his first divorce.
