Reincarnation is very real. I totally believe in it as i have a niece who remembered her past life and all she spoke about is true. Her house, car life she lead everything. So we are not this body but our soul is eternal. The soul cannot be destroyed.

There has been so much evidence and research says that rebirth is true. All the religious scripture also says that there is rebirth or reincarnation. According to our past karmas we get the body. Then do karmas again go and come. So we should always remember this, do good karmas and keep God every moment with us through our seva and sadhana. Then only we can attract God's grace to get a good life.
Very good points you made here. I think that my query has been answered by watching this video. My question is that those human beings that have lived before and are currently alive have been and will be reincarnated , not always into human form but perhaps inanimate form or objects and afterwards move onto human forms and beyond..correct me if i'm mistaken, please@sandhyadas6323

As a westerner, near death experiences and cases of remembered past lives helped convince me of what I already suspected. I did not make any sense to me that a just and loving God would allow people to be born with such inequities. When I learned of reincarnation from my guru and the role of karma, it all made sense. Very enlightening message on reincarnation. Swamijee gives so many real life examples, scriptural references, etc. to proof reincarnation is real. I know in previous lectures he also told of some babies born with defects and some don’t. Some to rich parents and some poor - how can we explain this disparity if reincarnation is not real? I never heard of the story of Vidur before on how he came to born from a dasi mother. This was interesting.
All these stories and facts strengthen our conviction to gain spiritual wisdom. Right knowledge will empower is to make wise decisions that will impact our future destiny. So thankful to Swamiji for sharing this precious knowledge!

I'm a past life regression therapist- yes reincarnation is true. Everyone is reincarnated unless it's your first birth as a human. You could be an animal, a plant, an alien life form, or even just lived in the energetic plane before though these are less frequent to come across. Me and my colleagues have so much evidence of it. We focus mainly on the healing of our clients so we don't bother publishing but it would have been nice if we could. We do have an online forum where we post some of our significant cases.
Our past lives become a big part of our subconscious mind which then controls 95% our reality, our behaviors and many times what we attract.
It's relatively easier to experience past lives than any other spiritual phenomenon. You can experience them through meditation, or guided meditation (also called as past life regression therapy), or while dreaming (which is a deeper state of meditation). Sometimes you can recall them spontaneously. We routinely "recall" our past lives in our behaviors, reactions, and phobias as well. Past lives can have a psychosomatic effect on our body, causing physical ailments that have no apparent cause(not saying all of them are related to past lives but many times they are, so it is worth exploring).
If you go further into this science you will realize that we are not actually reincarnating, but we are actually "downloading" information from the same source - the one "God energy", the universal mind. This is why people can have common lives with other people or even live as 2 different people at the same time. (This happened to me, I was living as 3 people at the same time).

This is an excellent presentation; one of the best I have seen from Swami Makundananda. I fervently believe in reincarnation. I have learned to recognize the signs which tell all of us that we had a previous life, and, more specifically, the form that this previous life took. For many years I did not know how to look for these signs. Fortunately, I crossed paths with some very wise people who taught me how to recognize these signs. This has changed my life for the better. It has given me a better understanding of my destiny, abilities, interests, inclinations, values, preferences, etc. Swami Makundananda is right. We ought it to ourselves to learn more about karma and reincarnation. It will change our life for the better.

The concept of rebirth or reincarnation is a very regular phenomenon in our daily conversations. We are told now and then that if you do so,you ll become this in the next life. We have people around who remember their past life episodes and even our scriptures are full of them. Moreover the philosophy of our religion is based on rebirth. We are told that we are sent on this earth as a result of our past deeds.
