Best bacon sarnie is just hot fluffy freshly baked crusty white bread, sea salt jersey or guernsey or french butter, and crispy streaky bacon. Sauce spoils the divine simplicity.

I sometimes have a few odd rashers of streaky left from other cooking, nice in a bap with a runny fried egg to save wasting it.

Brown sauce is a HP sauce, very unique flavour a lot of people enjoy in breakfast sandwiches. Red sauce just refers to ketchup.
It's pretty much a Chinese sauce adapted by the brits. It's like Americans A1 sauce, but a little more sweet/sour/fruity sometimes.
Brown sauce is a bit like A1 sauce, sometimes a bit more fruity, sometimes a bit more vinegar added.
Red sauce is just a common term for tomato ketchup
