Lime Pickle, Chutneys, Sriracha, Miso, Peanut Rayu (peanut, sesame, chillies, oil), Olives, Olive Oil, Tapenade, Nut Butters, Preserved Lemons, Mexican Salsas, Tins of Beans, Tins of Tuna/Anchovies, Sauerkraut, Gherkins, Kewpie Mayo, Tins of Tomato, Capers, Sun Dried Tomatoes whole or paste, Soy Sauce, Ponzu, Mirin, Yuzu, Vinegars, Gochuchang (korean chilli paste), Tamarind (UNDERRATED), Roasted Garlic Paste from BELAZU,......................................................................................and then FROZEN CHOPPED veggies, fruits . A pro tip is to make FLAVOURED butters e.g. herb butter/chilli butter and freeze in cubes to add. Also FROZEN CHOPPED onions, chillies, ginger, spinach.
