      @@nesrinbreak3114 be prepared to be pushed passed your limits. always keep a positive mind through blood sweat and tears. chant from your gut so your voice projects powerful and loud. smile big. be sassy and fierce during tryouts. be nice and respectful to your coaches and teammates. if someone is talking mess... let them. you dont got time for that. know what you want and know you're ganna get what you want. flexibility is key but your coach will help you get there. for now look up base and backspot workouts and also how to get tight and sharp arms.you could be a flyer depending on your weight,height ,flexibility or how strong the bases are. (bases are the people holding the flyer in the air)
