Lisa, I got something like your proposal too. Mike said, “Well let’s do this!” He was in college and there was no engagement ring. AND my Mike was an engineer for AL Power. He retired after 42 years. We were married 47 years. I always said Alabama Power was a great place to work. Mike loved his work too. Maybe it’s that no nonsense work ethic that we got a short version of our proposal. I’m so happy for you both. I can tell you love each other and the Lord. Mike is with Jesus now! One day we’ll get to see those we love that are in heaven. Great interview R&B!
