Most men in this generation will just dump u or even if there are still there, their mind is somewhere else. It's very good u are amending it ways. Please don't try it and do your best to respect him. The world we are living going crazy. If u have a good man never ever take it for granted. Sholz TV Yeah, but these guys don’t respect their woman back. And that’s a big problem. I believe that a man deserves exactly what he dishes out. If he is disrespectful to his woman it is dead wrong for her to respect him. Dissing him back is the way. If he is free to express himself than so is she. I think of the old TV sitcom Honeymooners with Ralph and Alice as the model. Ralph was disrespectful to Alice and Alice dissed him back.

A lot of women forge ahead in bad relationships choosing to overlook bad behaviours telling themselves he will change once we are married.
Have you heard the saying, Love is blind, Marriage is the eye opener?
The truth is that it only gets worse. You cannot change what you choose to tolerate. I say to the young ladies I mentor, to always very carefully scrutinise how the man in your life behaves around his sister, his aunties, his mother and his grandmother as well as other women in general. Yiu can almost be certain that how he treats other women in his life, is how he will treat you. If you are not comfortable with how he responds to other women, do not tolerate it. Walk, because if you choose to ignore it, you will soon discover that you already saw the warning signals but chose to ignore it.
diaspora voice I understand what you’re saying and you are right. But I was just saying that a woman shouldn’t respect a man who doesn’t respect her. I believe that people are best suited to their kind. Sometimes two people love each other but they on a different level in being. They may be disrespectful to each other but still love each other like Ralph and Alice really loved each other but dissed each other.
So I do not believe that a woman should be sentenced to respect when a man does not respect her. If he disses a woman she should diss him back. I am speachless. In this day and age I thought that there are no longer any women who speak such unreproachable wisdom. Your words of wisdom remind me of the story of the Prophet Elijah when he told God that all Israel has forsaken God such that there were no longer any people of God on earth but God assured him that He had in fact reserved for Himself seven thousand more(1 kings 19:18).
Therefore it still remains that no matter how much we can believe that women who believe and speak godly truths are finished the truth is that the Lord God will always reserve a few for Himself at any given point no matter the level of influence Satan has exerted on this world which is now nothing but a Devil's workshop where truth is abhorred and falsehood is elevated at a scale never seen before!

Stop making it about religion to be a good or a better person, following Christ does not make anybody a Christian, accepting others, and loving your neighbors as yourself is being a Christian. I observe many Christian that follow only the words of their pastors not the teaching of Christ and they think all pastors represent Christ, it is not so, I have met and seen a lot of fake pastors. People discriminate about religion God just sees us as all his children, how you worship him is your choice but what is in your heart he sees. All the Christians in the world appreciate and acknowledge Isreal as a nation of Godchildren and yet Israelite never accept Christ as their messiah or son of God till this day, yet the same hypocrites Christian want the Muslims to acknowledge Jesus as the son of God, the dishonesty in Christendom to stand in unison and defend Jesus Christ is the savior and son of God to Isreal nation is startling but always demand and expect the Muslims to acknowledge Jesus Christ as the son of God, I believe charity begins at home, how many churches or pastors have even spoken out in world forum for the Israel nation to accept Christ? You may be a Christian and a worshiper of God but the spiritual realm of building one on one relationship with God many Christian do not have and that is why their knowledge and understanding lack wisdom

Thank you Pastor Mildred. You really hit the nail on the head. We are guilty of almost, if not all that you have talked about. One concern I have is the second mistake you mentioned. Women should not support their husbands' wrong decisions. This has caused a lot of problems in marriages. Most men don't see it this way. They feel they are not being supported by their wives. My advice most times to women is that they should air their views respectfully but shouldn't stop there: rather, they should also go on their knees and pray for their husbands. God always honours our prayers when we're sincere. May God continue to bless you as you bless others.
