Court docs: Parents stop attempted kidnapping of teen in Bothell

Fernando Rojas is in a Snohomish County jail Tuesday, charged with attempted first-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault and harassment. According to court documents obtained by KING 5, Rojas is accused of attempting to kidnap a teenage girl right in front of her parents.
Those documents show that on Friday, April 26, around 1:30 p.m., police were called to Frank Love Elementary school - a father reported that a man attacked his daughter and tried to drag her away. The girl’s mother and father were able to stop this from happening.

Probably been threatened for those years. My sister dated a real loser who was also a flaming alcoholic. He go a hold of my parents phone number when she wasn’t even living there and would call at all hours looking for her. My dad actually went out and bought a 12 g shotgun. It took a long time for it to stop and my dad was taking the threats seriously.
