Yes but remember the smoke is the one that will kill you not the fire. The smoke will render you unconscious and fire will finish you off. The bunker could not be burnt off but the smoke would have been the real killer.

Just hire people itâs easy to prey on. Immigants who are trying to make a living after moving into a new country, people in bad financial situations who need cash, etc. Turning down a job when you NEED it can be literally life-threatening to some people, sadly. So yeah, presumably some didnât take the job, hut the ones who did really needed to.

Bad parents with good intentions resulted in their son being ill prepared for life. It's a thin line between genius and insanity. This story is sad. I hope he finds extended family because everyone need someone. Rip to the ambitious young man who lost his life in the bunker.
I've always felt there's not much difference between genius and insanity, that thin line is exactly it.
I feel so bad for Askia, he just wanted to be a part of something. He didn't deserve such a painful death, and the fact he had to be put through this just to be closer to daniel is sad.

Update: A three judge panel reversed the depraved heart ruling and he was resentenced to ten years for involuntary manslaughter. Since he was credited 5 years he is now eligible for parole but must also serve 5 years of supervised probation as well as 250 hours of community service.

I hope he gets help. He was so focused on self preservation that he didn't think of the safety of others. His parents literally set him up to fail. That poor young man didn't have to die.
I used to talk to Daniel all the time online and on the phone from about 2009 through 2012 or so. I was interviewed by Oki and my interview is in his video, but I had no idea this one existed until now. Excited to watch this.
This story just proves there's a fine line between genius and crazy.

They were older parents. And also it looks like they didn't have many friends, so they basically turned their son into their best friend.
A lack of childhood friends didn't do this. This is pretty clearly a family that suffers from undiagnosed mental illness.
Last summer I worked with the team that cleared out this house. It took us a week. We had the fire department there as well as a biohazard team. It was hot as hell wearing full PPE and respirators. Tons of weird chemicals with no labels as well as drugs and lots of money was found. Tons of papers of when he first started âhackingâ and he started out with hacking in Spyro haha and moved up as you can tell. Iâm not sure of his current status expect I knew there was a hearing this past fall. The body was recovered out of the basement. You could see where the body was as well. It was a crazy week with tons of stories to it.

I would like to refute a lot of your points considering they seem highly accusative and rather ignorant, however I do hope you do not take offense to that claim.
While I do acknowledge that COVID has taken lives, I also must acknowledge that half of the time, it was due to surgery complications or other diseases, of which symptoms fell uncannily similar to the coronavirus' symptoms. Lots of the "death statistics" are actually false diagnoses that mark the cause of death as "COVID-19" due to basic testing for the virus in the body (which is about as reliable as a police polygraph test for "lie detecting" on a sidenote) which, due to the symptom similarities, goes into the statistics for those passed away from the coronavirus, and not their actual cause of death. It is dishonest bureaucracy and I've seen these charts for myself and thoroughly researched them the past few months.
You also claim that there are absolutely zero long term health effects, which, giving you benefit of the doubt, I will assume you claim "next to zero" - Which even then is quite false considering the fact that I have several relatives that have gotten critically ill or passed away from taking the vaccine this year. In 2020, they got positive for COVID several times, and merely felt it as a mild flu. The fact that 2 shots of a vaccine killed them, while COVID-19 barely gave them a slap on the wrist, says something, does it not?
If it was so glorious, painless and lacked side effects, why is it so many actual verified medical professionals object against taking it but are silenced or drowned in the media's panic about the virus?
(And, fyi, the virus, which is so so so dangerous and contagious that you have to test for it every single day to see if you have it, and have to take seasonal flu-like booster shots)
And speaking of 2 shots... If you claim that skeptics are defeating the purpose of a vaccine which is barely several months old, created by companies who in the past have created medical drugs that actually had *carcinogen properties in them* in the past few decades (looking at you, Pfizer) which resulted in mass deaths of consumers, then you are also quite incorrect because the vaccine itself defeats its own purpose. This is more like a yearly seasonal flu shot rather than an actual vaccine - Why else would you need 2, 3, and even 5 booster shots? I believe this indicates calling it a vaccine is false as well because it doesn't even match the definition of a vaccine.
Lastly, the logistics behind the vaccination. The vaccines are developed and produced in labs and are distributed across the country, and are stored in containment until usage is required. That latter line is exactly why skeptics are so skeptical of the vaccine - Those vaccine samples could essentially expire and become dangerous, and there have been numerous reports of (especially) western countries shipping their vaccine samples that were unused to other nations. That all sounds fine and well until you realize there is a certain point the vaccine is no longer actually safe and usable to take. This domino effect cycle continues on and on until the vaccine shots are so riddled with bacteria, you might rather get COVID than taking it - this unsafe procedure and the general lack of proper logistics and funding for the containment and storage, as well as the transportation of the vaccines poses a massive risk.
All in all, the skeptics have plenty of *valid* reasons to be skeptical of this particular vaccine. I personally despise anti vaxxers that loudly scream "my body my choice" all over the streets and even don't vaccinate their children, however this COVID "vaccine" (more like a profiting strategy) has red flags all over and in it. If you do not suffer from side effects, good on you, but please do not *ever* pose your opinion as fact of the matter and condemn those who weren't so lucky. The biggest lesson they seem to have passed on was a giant, self-centered ego and the idea that you are all that matters.
There is such a thing as social intelligence and his parents didn't nurture that in him, so even though he was an academic genius he was socially stupid.

Daniel's parents did him a great disservice. He was definitely very intelligent and that is partly why he had such trouble. He was raised with his intellect being nurtured, but without the socialization children need. No wonder he ended up with a phobia/fear. He was alone after his parents died. What a sad story.

Oh no someone might be able to come within 100m of your wifi router. Unless Daniel was calling it "massive underground tunnel system 2.4ghz" I doubt anyone is going to care about a wifi network.
If workers used the wifi, they could find out the public IP, which you could use to get geo data. A VPN proxy would have to be used to spoof being in a different location.
No one is going to pick up wifi that is 10+ ft underground, that's a signal stopper there.

Really reminds me of HP lovecraft's life story where he just depended so much on his mother, that one time Robert e Howard author of Conan was at his house and his mother walked up to Howard with a glass of milk and he stopped mid sentence drank the whole thing and then gave it back to his mother and continued on with his sentence.

The parents' role isn't to protect children. The parents' role is to make their children as strong as possible, so they can protect themselves. Its so sad, to have all that intelligence but no friends , and unaddressed mental health issues that very likely could have been worked through with proper care. Isn't it amazing how dysfunctional parents can really mess a child up - even when they think they are doing a great job. That was the jankiest looking bunker I've ever seen especially considering he was a multimillionaire.
Maybe it was basicly only digging stage, and he would have made it for example concrete, and brick instead of just dirt tunnels. His parents were worthless failures as "parents" makes me so angry to know how they sheltered him and condemned him to a life of instability and loneliness.
I moved from the US to Germany and I was confused when I learned that homeschooling is illegal here. Felt really counterintuitive and infringing on parents' rights. But now I really agree: even if you have good curriculum and the parents are really smart, the kid will not get the social interaction they need. It's a serious risk to the well-being of the child. Now that I think about it, all the homeschool kids I knew growing up were the most maladjusted kids you could imagine. Some of them tried to go to public high school or college, and none of them did well at all - academically or socially. Especially since 99.999% of homeschool kids in the US are fanatical Christians, so are taught to distrust science and psychology and sociology and instead rely on their belief in God to explain everything. I actually did homeschool for one year where we were moving around a lot so instead of having to go to multiple different schools, we just bought a homeschool curriculum and I more or less taught myself. Of course it was some Christian-based bullshit thing, and it was like 4 years behind what my public school curriculum was, so I could finish all my work in like 15 minutes and I spent the rest of the time learning programming and guitar. Like this was supposed to be 9th grade, and a typical English lesson was somethin like "it is not correct to say 'ain't'. Instead, you should say 'am not' or 'are not'". Whereas in my 8th grade public school English class we were doing advanced shit like analyzing archaic prose to old English and had vocabulary words like "constabulary" or "convalescence". The homeschool one had words like "interesting" or "weird" (because I guess that word is tricky to remember how to spell or something). Anyway, fuck homeschooling.

Pamela Ullery your last statement makes no sense to me. They were stating how behind the homeschooling system was compared to public schooling. Homeschooling was not academic correct for them as it was not challenging them as public school was.
@@miketheburns to be fair my ex was homeschooled and is one of the most sociable people i know. That's because his mom took him to extracurricular activities the whole time he grew up and he got to grow up away from cliques and bullying (though it's still hard to escape as a kid regardless)
