I did pause it on that lunatics letter and i was able to decode the first half of it and then I stopped there. Took long enough to figure out the first half for a bunch of boring, crazy talk and I don't feel up for going after the second part of the letter. I will however do it if people in the comments would like me to decipher the letter and write it in the comments for everyone to see, so they don't have to suffer through that. Im sure someone will let me know if they care to find out what it says.
