  • 3 month notice period is killing many dreams. The main reason is that the employees are not even getting interview calls. this leads them to be demotivated. But what should be needed to be done in order to avoid the fear of 3 month notice period?
In the video, I will explain 3 tricks that will surely boost your confidence and will surely give you more opportunities in the future.
    - Don't mention 3 month notice period on Naukri.com/Hirist/Shine or any other similar platforms (Always mention 15-30 days)
    - On receiving the call from HR - Try to convince HR that your notice period is negotiable to 1-2 months (You can make up some stories)
    - Apply in those companies where 3 month notice period is acceptable like TCS, Accenture, HCL, Wipro, Infosys Capgemini, etc
Watch the video till the end, hope you enjoy the video.

I'm serving 3 month notice period.
Currently I have 2 offer letter and still have 45 days left....
In my opinion you should give interview by telling just 1 month notice period.
By doing this you will get many calls...and it will help you to prepare yourself for further interview.
Once you got any offer from any company means you are now prepare for the market.
Then just decline that offer by saying that my company want me to retain.
After that just give your resignation.
Now you have 3 month and you can get many offer in this time period.

      Bravo Scheme!!!!!
But I still suggest don't make a company to wait for 2-3 months, & then you say NO to that company. Some companies do blacklist on the basis of it. My only suggestion would be - Deny the offer letter or joining of that company as soon as you have confirmation that you will not gonna join it.

      @NitManTalks  Před 2 lety +3

Don't worry! Nobody can force you to pay the amount if you are willing to serve the notice period (nd I hope you don't have any bond period)!
You do your work with your pace and complete the 3 month notice period. Whether yu meet or don't meet the target, that's another thing, but you just need to complete the work whatever assigned to you and work for 9hours a day (that working hours must have mentioned on your offer letter).
If you financial condition is not good, that you cant even able to pay your 1-2 month salary back to that company, thn serve the complete notice period.
(I am hoping you don't have any bond period)
Also, do read your offer/joining letter, there must something written like if you leave the company without serving the notice period, then you are liable to pay the notice period amount i.e 3 month salary!
But if the same thing company does, they are also liable to pay that amount to you. So it's generally a 2-way thing! You should read that thing on your offer/joining letter.
PS: Don't feel pressurized nd do you work with complete dedication.

3years agreement is tooooo much yr. I personally don't prefer such agreement/bonds. And that too with 6month salary. No no.
      .
Signing a bond for 3 years is too risky nowadays. If you couldn't able to complete that time period, you have to pay the penalty with your 6 month salary which will be appropriate around 1lpa. That is a big number.
      Ask them these questions,
      - if they can reduce the bond period from 3years to 1year.
      - What are the general salary hike %age in the company
      - What are Terms and conditions for 3month notice period
