In the video, I will explain 3 tricks that will surely boost your confidence and will surely give you more opportunities in the future.
- Don't mention 3 month notice period on Naukri.com/Hirist/Shine or any other similar platforms (Always mention 15-30 days)
- On receiving the call from HR - Try to convince HR that your notice period is negotiable to 1-2 months (You can make up some stories)
- Apply in those companies where 3 month notice period is acceptable like TCS, Accenture, HCL, Wipro, Infosys Capgemini, etc

Also on your resume never put your town address try some city address where you wish to relocate banglore, Delhi etc especially for freshers
Totally Agree!!!
Well what about not mentioning any address
Very good this one , i leant this and applied and cracked the HR round.
Thank you making this period I needed it at this time.
I'm serving 3 month notice period.
Currently I have 2 offer letter and still have 45 days left....
In my opinion you should give interview by telling just 1 month notice period.
By doing this you will get many calls...and it will help you to prepare yourself for further interview.
Once you got any offer from any company means you are now prepare for the market.
Then just decline that offer by saying that my company want me to retain.
After that just give your resignation.
Now you have 3 month and you can get many offer in this time period.
Bravo Scheme!!!!!
But I still suggest don't make a company to wait for 2-3 months, & then you say NO to that company. Some companies do blacklist on the basis of it. My only suggestion would be - Deny the offer letter or joining of that company as soon as you have confirmation that you will not gonna join it.
What if they ask you ask share snapshot of resignation letter?
Very bullshit suggestion. If some company is giving you opportunity to join even of you are having 3 months of notice. Then you don't need to betray that company. If you got any other just match that offer with your first company and join them.
Very informative and much needed..
New company ka offer letter tab dete hain jab current se resign kar k uska proof de do. Aur agar 30-45 days bad bologe k release nhi kar rahe to wo humara offer cancel bhi kar sakte hai jaruri nahi h k wait he kare. Aur cancel k case me na hum idhar k bachenge na udhar k.
Mai wahi krne wala hu
ekdum sahi bat! 3 months notice period by the same comapny but want 15 to 30 days immediate joiner,YA TOH DUNIA PAGAL HAI MERA YESAB LOGIC SE GUSSA BADH JATA HAI!PAGAL LOG!
Highly informative video
There was a question asked by the interviewer, we know that your company has 3 months of notice period and will never reduce your notice period.
Then how to deal with this situation?
Yes same question
In that case, you'll have to let the HR decide what they want to do, and keep looking for other opportunities
Very well explained. Thanks 😊
Superb video and very practical knowledge
very informative
Thank you for sharing 🙏
Sir My nick name is nil , currently I am working with DCB Bank as CSM in sales profile , Sir 18th April 2022 I was join this Bank Sir but after 2 month , 8th July 2022 I resignation, because very high lable pressure, but Sir notice period is 3 months, Sir Regional head also pressure me ,,, aap job left kar do nhi aap se business ho rha hai to ,, aap company ke norms ke according 3 months kee salary recovery Bank ko do aour jao .. nhi to mai pip hr ko bol ke karwa dunga , Sir I am ready for serve 3 months notice , but my Regional head give me maintely pressure every day regarding my targets. I don't have mony. How can paid 3 months salary to Bank, Sir I have received 2 month salary by DCB Bank.sir please support me how can handle this problem.
Don't worry! Nobody can force you to pay the amount if you are willing to serve the notice period (nd I hope you don't have any bond period)!
You do your work with your pace and complete the 3 month notice period. Whether yu meet or don't meet the target, that's another thing, but you just need to complete the work whatever assigned to you and work for 9hours a day (that working hours must have mentioned on your offer letter).
If you financial condition is not good, that you cant even able to pay your 1-2 month salary back to that company, thn serve the complete notice period.
(I am hoping you don't have any bond period)
Also, do read your offer/joining letter, there must something written like if you leave the company without serving the notice period, then you are liable to pay the notice period amount i.e 3 month salary!
But if the same thing company does, they are also liable to pay that amount to you. So it's generally a 2-way thing! You should read that thing on your offer/joining letter.
PS: Don't feel pressurized nd do you work with complete dedication.
I've been offered a non-managerial position in the UK and the notice period in the new contract is 3 months - which seems excessive given that it's not a super senior role and there are no direct reports. Can I negotiate to lower the notice period before signing the contract?
You may not be able to get a differential notice period signed by them but, you may be able to get a 2 month buyout power being in your hands and not the company, been there done that.
Please make a video on how to find right job from right sources
Can anyone list some companies who accept 2 months notice. I got Capgemini call but asking for 15 days notice
It relates me thank you😅
Hi, I wanted to resign from my current company in 30 days where my notice period is 60 days.
“At any point during employment, your appointment may be terminated by either party giving a 60 days’
notice in writing. The Company reserves the right to decide and deduct the notice pay (gross salary) in lieu of notice period.”
This was mentioned in my offer letter, is that mean I can buy out for my notice period
There is 2 months notice period, but management has approved me 1 month notice period, In this case, deduction will happen or not and why?
Bro how u negotiated with hr for notice period i am in same situation
I m a fresher in the company..my confirmation date is 4 Nov. But they set 90 days notice period in the portal....Without the confirmation of the employee... serving notice period is applicable for that emoloyee?
Hi Sir/Madam,

I resigned in my organization & it's accepted by my manager. I already received an offer from another company but they told me you have to join within 45 days. & my current company notice period is 90 days. My manager is ready to release me in 45 days but he is not getting find my replacement in internal WFM.
How I can deal with this situation ?? Because my next company is not allowing me to join after 45 days
How I can manage this situation / how I convince my next company ??
.
Waiting for your reply 🙂🙏🙏
Hi, How you managed this situation? Currently I am going through the same situation
@@umasankarpanigrahy8517 : see if you selected in company is like TCS , infy , ibm , accenture they will wait upto 3 months.
But not sure.
If you want to join desperately in that company which you got selected, you can request them with proper mail with strong reason.
And plan B is prepare well for another company's interview & don't do so much work in current company because it's no point to work there.
In my case luckly I got one offer & other in pipeline ..
You will also get , all the best for that 👍
@@SAAMY_1414 thanks for the info :)
Sir, i resign, recently from my organisation. And next day of resignation my senior said no need to work in notice period. I am confused did they share me my 1.8 yrs moths experience letter or it will become trouble in future for me once my notice period done.
It was useful during 2021 market BOOM not now
What about joining date in the Offer letter after saying these stories ..then with a false date offer letter how to put down paper in existing org?? Cause it is risky now..
Yeh toh tu nahi bataya Bhai
Aur iv ke baad puchhe ki negotiable ho sakta hai kya? To kya bole?
Sir mm kisi bank me off role kaam kar rha hu. 2 month gaye.. Salary milne ke baad bina bataye chorna chahta hu.. Kya esa karne se future me mujhe dusri nauri milne me muskil hogi.. Ya mm us bank ko chor kr kisi dusre bank ja paunga.. Us bank me pareshaan kar rhe hh
If it is affecting your mental health, I will suggest you to not just leave it. You should Resign & then Serve the Notice Period, and then search for better opportunity. (In Notice Period No One Can Force You To Extend Your Shift).
Ps: Aise Chhor ke jaane ka koi faida nahi hota! Exp letter nahi milta. Fr agar kahi aur gye to frse as a fresher join krna pdega.
@@NitManTalks mentally pressure me hu.. Seniors jo 2 se 3 saal kaam kr rhe the wo resign daal rhe Or unka kaam ka pressure hum pr aa rha hh. Abhi chorna hh kisi bhi haalaat me. Chahe freshers hi join karna pade kahi bhi
Then it's better if yu look other opportunities. Market is hott now, yu will definitely get a better job soon.

Hi sir your videos helped me a lot . but now I am stuck in situation. I got a very good offer by stating my notice period as 1 month but actually it is 2 months , now when shd I request them to extend at the end ? , and what are the chances that they will accept it?
1 week before the joining date… tell them the reason/excuse and try to convince!
Very high chances but it all depends on the urgency for the resource in that project/company!
Also try to find more opportunity.
@@NitManTalks Sir , today they have sent onboarding form with date mentioned as early and asking to submit PF details , bank account etc
@@NitManTalks sir what reason can I give to convince them , plz suggest me
Bhai mere pas 2 mhine ka offer letter aa gya h lekin mera notice period 3 mhine ka h toh kya mai resign kr du abhi ?
Extend hua?
Agar notice period WFH rahke he survive Krna hoga to ky krna hoga office Jana he nhi ho to .
Imagine if HR is also watching the same video 😂
Bro I’m an HR and I’m watching this because I have a three month notice period😢
HR kuch nhi kar skta. Usko schedule karna hoga interview. Jitni jaroorat hame unki hai utni hi jarrorat unhe hamari. Isi pe interviews process jinda hai.
Hr bhi chodega job ek din

Now what should I tell to my 1st company which gave me 1st offer later.Beacuse I need there offer until I get offer later from 2nd company.
Tell them the truth, thet you haven't got the early release. You are trying your best to get the early release. You need some days more. Please allow you some more days.
@@NitManTalks Thank you for helping🙏🙏.
I'm a fresher. I received offer letter from "Net Tech services india pvt ltd" mumbai. For 3year agreement of 6month salary + 3month notice period + package of 1.8lakh in the beginning(pf+esic) + time:9.30am to 6.30pm. Can anyone tell me, what are the questions I need to ask before signing a bond? Pleas help if any problem comes in between.
3years agreement is tooooo much yr. I personally don't prefer such agreement/bonds. And that too with 6month salary. No no.
.
Signing a bond for 3 years is too risky nowadays. If you couldn't able to complete that time period, you have to pay the penalty with your 6 month salary which will be appropriate around 1lpa. That is a big number.
Ask them these questions,
- if they can reduce the bond period from 3years to 1year.
- What are the general salary hike %age in the company
- What are Terms and conditions for 3month notice period
I just wanted to know do you have any other offer letter? I would suggest you to please choose something else.
@@NitManTalks okay. They will increase salary 10% yearly basis. I don't have any other offer. I'm searching for job from 1.5years, company is near to my home so...and they will not reduce bond years, this company is startup to our location
Okay!!! Then good. If you don't have any other option and you already spent your 1.5 yr, then you can join this company.
Is there anything you wana know? Or have any doubt?
@@NitManTalks
1. if they ask for me to submit original documents, will I get it back? Or can I make it duplicate copy ?
2. If I get good offer in between after 1yr (I will pay 1lakh amt), do I get experience letter or is there any chances to play with employers?
Ofcourse I will have salary slip and pf+esic proof.
1. Yes you will get it back. Yes!! You should definitely make duplicate copies of it.
2. If you leave a company before its bond period, you'll not get experience letter if you don't pay the bond amount. - There are ways, but why to waste your one year over this?
Be careful when you join any other company - Companies can find out about your previous employer by your PF account/ UAN number.
If i want to go for higher studies will they release me early ?
Hi sir i have joined one company and i have avsconded within first week because i got another offer now that company is mailing me to pay 2 monts salary or they will take legal action what to do now?!
They can not do anything but to send legal notice
Itna dimaag mt lagao, sidha resign maaro, aur jab 45 ya 30 days reh jaaye tab interview dena suru krdo, bhot call aati h, aur bhot jld ho jata h selection,
Kyuki apke pass knowledhe hoti h experience ki
Right !
Sir I have one doubt
Sir if I have one offer with 2 month of notice period and 24 months of bond with 1.5 lpa compensation amount so should I join it?
It depends on your preferences. If you don't have any other offer and urgently need a job, then yu can join.
But As I already mentioned, I personally don't prefer bonds for more than a year. But it depends on individual.
@@NitManTalks thanks for replying air but I have cognizant offer too. What should I go for?
This all depends on you buddy! I already made 2-3 videos why I mentioned how you should choose a company. I suggest you to please watch those videos, it will definitely help you to make a decision.
Thanks
Bro can we leave company immediately if i am in probation period ,past 2-3 months I joined .
No, During probation period, your notice period would be lesser than normal notice period... but you still need to serve it!
Hello Prayag, what did you do? I'm in the similar situation please reply 🥲
Koi rule hai jo company manmane notice period de deti hai...
Maximum 1 month hi hona chahiye...
Ese to 6 mahine tak ka notice period ho jayega...
Job portal me bhi notice period
15 days
1 month
2 month
3 month
more than 3 month
Dikhane laga hai...
Jyada notice period hoga to koi join nahi krega. 6 month to kahi b possible nahi hoga.
Bki depend krta hai company ko kitna time lgta kisi backup/replacement ko dhundne mein, taaki unko koi loss na ho. Isi liye notice period rkhe jate hai.
@@NitManTalks 3 month is too high..
