As a Coloradan I would've probably would have put laxatives in the water if I was told to watch our water so tourists could have as much as they want. Fire or an emergency is fine, but not for tourists.

One funny thing about Hawai'i is that "Auntie," "Uncle" and "Cousin" are used very freely. Never assume that the person has any relation to the other person when you hear that, not to mention "Brah" and "Sis."
