I'm Michael from Germany, living 100 km east of Cologne in a very old mining Distrikt dating back to the 14th century. The last 5 mines closed in 1965.They mined iron, zinc, copper and silver. I listened very closely to what you said about your government trying to block all the mines. This is why I like so much watching all the videos of the mine explorers of the US,Canada and the UK.Our mines are all blocked. I hope you can keep on making videos of as many open mines as you can find. The german miners wish you and your buddies the old miner's greeting "Glück Auf"

i think it goes deeper than even just the content you may produce/consume, i think they actually flag and look at geographical locations or IP addresses that would lean left or right and skew your online experience accordingly. i know of several people with all differing alignments and i can very easily tell who has a better and more fair time consuming and creating content media. I've experienced this on a more personal level as well with small projects of little significance, the more ambiguous and vague i make my beliefs the more successful published content media becomes.

Is Rumble a viable alternative? If the goal is to put out a video of your mine exploration passion / hobby it seems it would not matter where the video is posted. Or is compensation a concern? I don't ask to be derogatory, I'm just wondering. BTW, I enjoy the mine videos!

30:00 that Larro sack looks to date from 1948-1951 or so. General Mills copyrighted the product name in '48 and it's not mentioned past '51. The latest it could possibly be is 1965 when the division on the sack closed it's mill and moved.

Strange how the black is more concerned about closing them mines than cleaning up all the old cars and parts all over the desert. The commentary on the cars was great. Take care all and enjoy yourselves. Peace and Love from Arizona.

First of all I would like to say mine explorers you guys are the best when it comes to watching people exploring abandoned mines.
I think it's a group effort of all of the mind explorers, why your videos are the best but I can say.
Because you have one thing the other mine explorers don't have and his name is boxy better known as Dan. Your videos are fun to watch and are not boring like the other mine explorers like Bob and his Jeep and that crazy redhead guy who acts like an imbecile and then there's that husband-and-wife team and their videos are boring and not fun so I would rate mine explorers as the best on CZcams and second would be exploring abandoned mines by that guy named Frank from Canada.
Salt Rock on mine explorers and we love sparklepony Master charge.

Don't let the safety-nerd nannies get you down. It's just the general publics' pervasive fear of the underground. Most advertisers don't see dollar signs in your target audience, however they do buy hiking gear and enjoy the outdoors. Nannies think every mine is gonna collapse if you even glance at it. I see it in comments quite often on the various exploring channels. Noobs, mostly. Nevermind the fact that these mines have literally survived over a hundred years worth of quakes and tremors. They can close all the mines they want but adventurous people will always have ways and cordless power tools in their trucks.

I could barely hear the commentary because of all the 'Karens' shouting 'UNSAFE", 'Not cleaned up, you will die of unknown bacteria', 'Not enough headroom or width or lighting' and other gibberish. If it were possible, I would sign up for a guided tour or two. I did my mine exploration in the early 1960's before all the 'safety' and 'protect the Government from law suites' hysteria.
