A new take on software agencies in 2024

I probably should re-make this in future, I don't think I explain myself super well. Anyway, thought I'd put out my thoughts, and approach to the space at the minute.
It's not a totally new model, but more so a combination of models, that I don't think enough agencies do at the minute.

Nice video! Could you share some insights on your pricing strategy for your services and how you structure your employee compensation?

Thank you. Around pricing- I do non-locked retainers, usually monthly, sometimes weekly. For employee comp, I do normal monthly comp. Nothing fancy, although I have considered trying some kind of base + variable bonus. But a good base is important to retain good A players.

what type of studio are you starting?
