i've been listening to various singers - some outstanding performers - sing these songs - and i keep coming back to this performance by Lea credit too must be given to the stage director - which didn't force her to stand in one spot - it feels like i'm watching her in their context in the middle of the musical - what a presence she must have on a theater stage

She has a great voice especially for Broadway/musicals. I didn't understand the song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" until I realized that she is talking to the country, not some girl named Argentina. And watching Evita (in Spanish class) was the first time I actually liked hearing it because I heard it way too many times on the same CD.
I really enjoyed watching Lea's Andrew Lloyd Weber medley, like the diff DVD's of ALW's at the Royal Albert Hall in London that I have them. Love the songs. It is enjoyable to watch the show.
One of the biggest complement my daughter has received is from Lea in a master class. Lea said to my daughter that she was speechless and had no words for my daughter's performance. Wow.
The fact that people can sing tells me that not everything in this world is bad. I mean, there are other things, but a person singing, actually singing, is one of the most amazing gifts for us.
