    Tactile fremitus in the question is misleading. Tactile fremitus is the vibrations that you feel when you put your hands on the chest and these vibrations are because of secretions and fluid. Pneumothorax is lung collapse which means there’s just air on that side no secretions so there should be decreased or none tactile fremitus to the left.

      I think he’s giving a generalization of what to look for . They are easier but I think he’s telling us how to handle situations similar in a easier direct way for the boards

    For #10 wouldn't Chest Tube and Thorincentisis be hand n hand vs Needle decompression considering NBRC wording?

    A pnuemothorax has decreased tactile fremitus. Question 1# is misleading in that it implies it is normal or present.
