why would these test even remotely ask us what a physician would do or prescribe? or why would these test ask us pharmacological questions that are not even within our scope of knowledge?
Question 3: Bacteriology is spelled incorrectly? It should be bacteriology instead...??? They are both spelled the same.

It is Bacteriolagy that's why incorrect. They might misstypo.
No the correct answer is bacteriology.
The person said that the correct n the incorrect looks the same because the incorrect supposed to be bacteriolagy instead of the correct spelling of bacteriology.I understand what the person trying to say
