      moisturising & hydrating the skin. This was after he said that he had started a new healthier lifestyle and wanted to start taking care of his skin; so was genuinely interested in what I had to say...including #1 sunscreen! He was relieved to know that great skin care doesn't need to cost a fortune. eg. Waiting/shopping around until Neutrogena, CeraVe, Cetaphil etc are 40% -50%off, store loyalty programs etc. I also off course recomended that he watch Dr Dray's channel.

      My first uni-exam week? My internist had to hook me up to a heart monitor. He said, "I am not giving you valium, but you need to calm down you are making my machines go haywire." LOL I was terribly anxious and he got me "Sedinal" which is a concoction (legit) of various herbs, quite well-known in Belgium and it saved me. I was 18 at the time and the age made him not want to put me on medication. I was very thankful for it and for the herbal concoction. It got me through.

    Lack of sleep and stress wrecks my skin. Unfortunately, I work crazy hours at a stressful job. đŸ˜© Takes me a long time to unwind once I get home at night. I've tried the Mighty Patch and have found them helpful. I read every night before bed to help de stress and that helps also. I did the deep breathing along with you and felt better!!! I'm going to try to incorporate doing that several times a day. Thanks for the helpful video. Happy Thursday, Dr Dray!! Hope you have a stress free evening! 😬💜

    Hi Dr. Dray! I love your videos. They are really educational! I have a question though which are not related to this video.
    What is your opinion on hydrosols? A moisturizer I was checking out has Pelargonium (geranium) hydrosol as its second ingredient. I know that geranium extract is a very good antioxidant but that geranium oil is sensitising and bad. But what about the hydrosol?

    • @db-gb5xi
      @db-gb5xi Pƙed 2 lety

      Hydrosols are by definition flower waters (flower oils) so they wouldn't be something she'd generally recommend.
