Good idea. Yesterday I was explaining to a guy that there was a difference between
moisturising & hydrating the skin. This was after he said that he had started a new healthier lifestyle and wanted to start taking care of his skin; so was genuinely interested in what I had to say...including #1 sunscreen! He was relieved to know that great skin care doesn't need to cost a fortune. eg. Waiting/shopping around until Neutrogena, CeraVe, Cetaphil etc are 40% -50%off, store loyalty programs etc. I also off course recomended that he watch Dr Dray's channel.

My anxiety triggers incredibly painful perioral dermatitis, and the anxiety is so intense that I have additional body sensations that make the anxiety worse. It’s a vicious cycle.

My first uni-exam week? My internist had to hook me up to a heart monitor. He said, "I am not giving you valium, but you need to calm down you are making my machines go haywire." LOL I was terribly anxious and he got me "Sedinal" which is a concoction (legit) of various herbs, quite well-known in Belgium and it saved me. I was 18 at the time and the age made him not want to put me on medication. I was very thankful for it and for the herbal concoction. It got me through.
