This seems to have solve all issues other than how I'm supposed to run through aux line from the unit to my console to get sound without an ugly wire hanging out.
I can't use my OEM car info, the screen turns colorful

Please check that the ISO harness connection is secure first. It's most likely a connection issue between the Android harness and the OEM connector.
Is it possible to hide the navigation map?
If the PEMP UI is id8, it is possible to hide it.

@@brunocrolli3917 Android autof's maps can't be hidden, it's up to Google. We can't change it. You can try to find out how to hide it in your phone settings.
Any reason unit playing audio only plays from front right speaker when I have surround sound and the radio works normally. Also what is this black speaker looking device that wasn't in the instructions.
The little black horn is a solution to the problem of some of the front left horns being noisy, so you don't need to install it.

Bmw E60 unit. Wifi rests to off after every start up super annoying (needs wifi for GPS, Google maps and waze Pandora, Spotify, Amazon music) why won't wifi option just remain on even after restart/startup? I can watch the wifi option toggle turn to off in Android Setting right after startup. Why is Bluetooth restricted to phones only no other Bluetooth devices allowed. Bluetooth only works with the phones paired in your communication application, Bluetooth settings is completely blank in Android OS setting. You cannot connect to head phones, ear buds(for kids in back) Bluetooth subwoofer amplifier, external camera, dash camera etc.
Allow me to explain the conflict between CarPlay and WIFI.
A. Connecting CarPlay is required for your phone to connect to the PEMP's hotspot; it will automatically do so.
B. And for the PEMP Android to connect to the network, it requires the PEMP Android to connect to your phone's hotspot.
A and B are in conflict, so you can only choose either A or B. You can't make A and B happen at the same time.
@@pempcar i do not use car play or android auto. I have my Hotspot turned on at all times and would like the headunit to connect to wifi automatically when car is turned on. Wifi turns itself off I can watch it happening in setting.
1.PEMP’s Bluetooth is the receiving end, the same as your headphones. So it can only be paired with a Bluetooth transmitter.
2. I hope you turn off ZLINK in the factory settings. It will be saved after turning on wifi.
