As I listened to this posting I started reflecting back on my youth and how through life experiences I have molded into many of these "desired" attributes, was a source of gratitude and confidence that I have always been learning and evolving. Happy am I to have that for me!

I have one request, please stop using alpha males in your videos :)) Sigmas blend in, the only 6 pack they interested in, is yogurt. I mean Chris Hemsworth, buff, good looking guy, good personality, but he is is not Sigma.

@@ponzism sigmas don't care about abs, when a sigma works out, they are thinking about a work problem or planning something.
I don't believe the two are mutually exclusive. Between sets I read scripture but during my sets, even while working on my core (abs) my focus is on the mind muscle connection in order to maximize my effort.

@@ponzism If you increase you mind muscle, then education is the best way to START that not the gym, yes, I know that just because an individual is education, it does not mean they are intelligent, but hopefully education does make people aware. Self-image in not the sigma way, they stay fit mostly due to it making sense. I put it to you like this, send several hours a day at the gym, to lose what you have later in life, or spend that time learning or a skill you will use for the rest of your life. Now a sigma would somehow include both at the same time. Stay healthy is just mostly practical, Sigma’s are not going out their way to impress, it why sigma’s not broadcast a lot of what they do, have or have done. I think people may watch one or two video about Sigma’s a get the wrong idea about what they are about, focus more about on the lone wolf side of a sigma to get the best idea on who they are.
