love your content! sadly there's such low inventory of new built in san diego, most condos are year 2007 with crazy high HOA fees
There is, but you’ll find the majority of new condos up in North County.

It’s too close to Mexico though that’s a major con about San Diego
do not move to San Diego in 2024 it is very expensive to live and lots of homeless people…..the city of San Diego is so unaffordable to live now it is one of the most expensive to live in California
