Soak the unit in water with baking soda and the glue will peel right off. I take off at night, soak over night and the glue comes off 100%. Alcohol just makes the glue sticky and its hard to get it all off
How much baking soda is needed? Is it good idea to rub baking soda on the tape? thanks!
Hi. Awesome content! I can never get the glue correct on my hairline/forehead so I put it down a little further to make sure I don’t miss any. How do you get the excess glue off without lifting the front again?

I’ve tried every glue etc and after a couple of days the glue conjeals and goes lumpy gel like and the unit moves this is worse in hot weather

I have question not sure if you answered before but when the glue leaks through the hair system is there any way to stop it from leaking without lifting and cleaning? Like a product to buy to hold the glue
Hi!! Yes there is a way. Just do a removal and full cleanup before it gets to that point.
My systems start to itch after 3-4 days. It gets very uncomfrtable. Idk what to do. Ive tried several tapes and it makes no difference.
Try the scalp protector? and tapes itch ofently not like glue
I have the same issue, was worse in the summer but yeah I need to give my head a breather for a whole day every 4 days!
do you know if wearing a hair system will damage your existing hair follicles along the region where they shave your scalp? Im only a Norwood 2 or so, but i want to go the hair system route first before getting a hair transplant, however i don't want my existing hair follicles on top ruined or damaged if i get the system. Are you aware if it does damage to existing follicles?
After all these years mine has not changed. Honestly do you know how many clients I have that have done 2+ (up to 8) transplants with terrible results. Thats more damage to me than this

Hi, depends on what your going to use to make it look that way.
I always have the hair system move on my head at night, it gets fold and creases when I wake up. Is it the way I sleep, my pillow (too soft) what can I do so it will not do this. I also wear a head skull cap. Nothing works.
Seems to me like it’s ready to redo at that time. I’ve pushed it before and this happens to me too. So if your not using a long hold tape or bond. This will happen. Really check into the bond / tape your using.
As I have started using this system 1yr ago I’m really thinking of a transplant because the hairline at the front is so noticeable after a few washes so thinking of just transplanting at the front so I won’t have a hairline issue with the system what do you think
If your a good candidate for a transplant. Its def something to consider
I always end up with only a 3" x3" area right in front attached and the rest just laying there. That 3 x 3 area stays attached forever basically until I remove it. So why do I even bother putting glue anywhere else? I like it longer so it lays nicely even though most of it not attached. Seriously considering next time just attaching the front where it stays attached.
I'm not wearing a system (yet?), but it's a real piece of mind to know that you are out there and provide the sevice you do. Saint!
Was in your shoes a couple of years ago. Been wearing a system for about a year after watching Curtis’ videos and advices. Trust me it’s worth every bit of it!

With lace I feel that alcohol makes it more stuck when it goes through the lace.

Your question. All depends on what adhesive is used and how your body works with it.
I personally wouldn’t leave one on that long for sanitary reasons. Hope that helps
@@HairExperience absolutely no problem, you’re the go to guy and I can assure you 💪🏽 aside from sanitary purposes and the fact that i might need to have a touch up here and there, it will technically be secure for 4 weeks with Ghost bond platinum, my scalp isn’t oily or sweaty to be honest. :)

The problem I’m having is the glue. After applying and laying the front down the front shows ‘whitish’ coloring like the glue is past the hairline. How do I prevent going past the hairline or how do I remove the glue without ungluing what the frontal
Hi, you could def use a clear bond instead of a white bond. That will fix it for sure !
@@HairExperience I really appreciate the reply. I noticed you don’t really worry about how far the glue goes down past the hairline. How do you remove any excess. And I noticed on one video you use rubbing alcohol on the mesh to clean it. On a quick fix on the front how would I remove any existing glue to make sure it doesn’t have a build up. Because I think that could be where my problem is coming from too

I figured it needed to be perfectly clean for adhesives to work correctly
