If u have smaller head it's not holding on you while benching. Otherwise it's a great comfort and decent sound quality

You know, one thing that always makes me feel goofy wearing headphones is the arc getting really stretched in my head. I like the Sennheiser Momentum 4 solution that it keeps the arc close to the head.

well, that is always a bit challenging with ANC. It does as good as any... I typically turn up the volume a bit and don't hear people talking
