In setup guide after I click run tests and the test ends, I cannot click on the SAVE and close box. Could that be an issue? I have all the other settings in place and done all your troubleshooting steps but it still does not work. Uninstalled the app as well. I remember this happened to me a few months before as well but for the life of me, i cannot remember how i've fixed it. Waiting for more advice! Thanks!
