Similarly at 6:10 you do the same thing for the CZcams logo layer, but - again - you can simply use the Object Selection tool to select the hood on the monitor and, switching to the Mask for your CZcams logo layer, hit Delete.

At 5:10 you manually brush in the mask to remove the text over the subject (you), but you could have used Subject Selection on that layer to pre-select yourself, switch to the Wired layer's Mask, then hit Delete to do the same... time saving tip there :)

What model number and size is the Kate Backdrop?
Wouldn't F22 not be a good aperature for getting a really sharp image? Usually lenses perform their best at around F5.6-F8

[5:30] WHY didn't you just make a layer copy of the picture, select YOUR body and all, then delete the rest, but still having the background on the layer copy before you put that WIRED logo verbiage behind you? This seems like the LONG WAY to do it.
