It needs quite a few. I got a warning for RWT for swapping items from my accounts.. even have proof of screenshots etc and video's but Jagex is Jagex, luckily it's a warning but don't even dare send my other accounts GP anymore without maybe getting banned, system is a joke.

THANK GOD YOU ARE BRINGING ATTENTION TO THIS! My account "Magic Tree" has 20,000+ hours played, I received a false 2 day ban for bod busting moderate around 1.5 weeks ago. Appeal got denied, now if this mistake happens again my accounts gone. I posted on twitter/reddit and realized how many other people are going through the same thing. I REALLY hope that those of us who were wrongly banned will be able to get a manual review so the offence can be quashed.

I've posted my Screenshot several times without any response for the channel. My mains been false banned 8 times over the last year and usually takes a week before it gets reversed and unbanned. No explanation, apology, or even my member days added back. I will never pay USD for a bond because of this. Jagex don't give a F about us. Long as we pay, they could care less. The account currently sits abandoned out of fear of losing it. Jagex needs to fix the Customer support and Ban system.
I simply do not trade anymore. GE only. I've heard too many stories of people being banned for trading the wrong guy who rwt. How are you supposed to know what someone else is going to do with something you traded him? Its a broken and awful system. I've dedicated too much time to this game to risk it

It's been known for years that half or more of their membership are literal NEETs who survive off RWTing the gp they get from lures. They don't care about the game at all, it's just their sole source of any positive brain chemistry.
My maxed main got hijacked, then attached to someones jagex launcher. Ive appealed for over a year emailing back and forth to no appeal. Even reaching out on reddit, only to be redirected back to the link i used to appeal. I even locked the account a year ago when i realized it was hijacked.
I asked a few months ago why my 2nd account ever was banned. And haven't played on it for years but it was hacked for botting. So it's sad since it was from 2005
my main, and only acc, a F2P Only, "Powerh Our" was wrongly banned for "third party client usage" when I have only ever played on mobile and the jagex launcher. Multiple F2P 99s grinded out almost 100m F2P bank hundreds of hours gone.
I've played since classic and have several accounts. I made a new HCIM 4 days ago and started the oziris ironman guide, spent like 30 minutes of gametime just getting 15 firemaking at lumby castle. Tried logging in today, perm ban for macroing lol. Luckily, I can easily make another HCIM if they don't unban my account but scary. I hope my other accounts don't get falsely banned too.

Considering the number of people botting and buying gold, I find it highly unlikely that hundreds, if not thousands, of people are getting falsely banned every day without any form of appeal. The amount of Reddit and Twitter posts where people claim false bans, only to have a response from a JMod calling them out, far outweighs the number of people who have had responses rectifying false bans. Jagex isn't perfect with their customer support, but you can't tell me the majority of these people didn't break rules for their bans. Also, why quote the word 'gut'? I didn't say anything about a gut instinct. Have you been falsley banned? Is that why you're so upset?

All they should need is to allow multiple appeals over time for members or at least long playtime/dedicated players Some appeals in our experience goes through properly, while all those who don't go through need jmod intervention which more or less always goes through anti-cheat staff, even if passed on by other jmods. These second appeals should ideally be prioritized for anti-cheat
They should definitely show more support to dedicated accounts, and I feel like perm bans are crazy strict, ban for 1 month, 3 months, a year but not a perm. Especially with all the false bans they have.
Yes, you are missing how coding works. How making scripts work. You are thinking of it as if a Jagex employee is individually banning people. Also if banned, once you send an appeal, it does not go to Jagex. It goes to some random company in some random country. To save costs. So to someone who is not familiar with the game or community.
@michaelf184 Bots work on a specific pattern, even if the clicks are programmed to randomize, it will still eventually have a pattern, not easy to figure out with the correct tools programmed in place in game.
So many bots in the caves of revenants want to ban take everyone who is in revenants to a special section and try to have a conversation with all of them most likely none of them will talk every day they would ban tens of thousands of bots
Jagex will let you give them money 💰💰 in the form of membership/bonds. Yet we dont receive any actual customer service despite clearly being customers. Even when thousands of hours can go down the drain because of their arrogance and hubris that they are always right. Any other game that rampantly false bans their playerbase would have been already kicked to the curb.

I got a new phone and lost my authenticator for my jagex account and all my back up codes and there is literally no way to bypass it. support havent been helpful at all. I did an account recovery and all they did was send me a password reset link which is useless cause i already know my password.

my main since 05 got perm ban for '' macroing'' while i was on vacation for 6 months.
found out when i returned.
been 6 months, it got banned i think in the time when botting raids and other end game content became too much.
i was told i could get it back but i got declined.
so now i play on my iron as main.......
but yeah im not a streamer so i have close to no chance to get unbanned.

I got a new phone and lost my authenticator for my jagex account and all my back up codes and there is literally no way to bypass it. support havent been helpful at all. I did an account recovery and all they did was send me a password reset link which is useless cause i already know my password.
