    The W block which is also gated is coming up really well. Had seen the area and it’s looking good.
    Additionally this block has no water issues.

      @@realtorsnextdoor5913 Awesome. The T block with the Central Park is good as well, but what those floors offer are equal to a builder floor anywhere. The real deal in terms of being gated, common area maintenance and apartment like feel is actually in W block.

    Phase 3 main gaao lagta nahi hai, gaao se phase 3 lagta hai. Nathupur center main hai aur phase 3 iske around. NH8 ke paas ke blocks theek hai.. aage bura haal hai.

    The prices mentioned are unrealistic. In best block of DLF phase 3 park facing 500 yards developed by DLF was priced at 3.8 Cr. The prices in Gurgaon increased because of people from Delhi moving due to lower price and large floor sizes available for lesser amount. At these prices demand will decline and prices will not be able to sustain.

      3.8 was in 2021. You are living in the past. The recent inventory for 500 sq yards is around 6.5 to 7 Cr
