4th Floor will be approved for sure. Once it gets approved then plot prices and Builder Floor prices will increase to 25%.

Sirji 4th floor policy should be banned as broker its good but as Residential purpose its worst Just like Delhi where density is more and some areas not livable and urban slum. Its my point of view

Builder floor market is comparatively small as compared to.high rises and does.not contribute more.than 5.to.10% in land revenue collection. So chances of 4 floor opening is less as builder lobby here is very small .
