    People with 50cr of net worth can only invest 7cr and I wonder if they really watch these CZcams channels and not busy creating wealth. Who are seeing and commenting are poor people like me 😂

    DLF 3 T Block builder floors have been built behind a crematorium. Pink town and white town houses in phase 3 have been neglected over the past 20 years due to rampant commercialisation.
    Pls provide a balanced perspective on failed DLF projects as well in upcoming videos.

      Yes, i think the rates have been increased so far since past few months and especially in March April months, nd hope that they will increase further after elections too……….but ig that stilt plus 4 also plays a major role here, if we that will get open then maybe the prices will jump to an all time high now……..will increase much more than now also.

    Good video but still not convinced, invest in DLF stock rather than DLF property, stay liquid enjoy growth, but to consume and stay, fools buy property and intelligent guys stay on rent in them , Jai Ho!!

    Even remote outskirts of Mumbai with poor infrastructure are not available for these rates of about 20000/ sq ft. Educated buyers should hurry up and not keep analysing.🆘

    Bro it's straight forward maths...If you have 70 crores of wealth, must invest 7-10 cr here for next 20 yrs but if you have only 7 cr or 10-15 cr of wealth then investing in Privana is vv risky bcoz for next 10 years huge chunk of your wealth will be blocked
