Volvo Penta 8.1 Gi Runs rough and Doesnt make power

Today I diagnose an issue with a 496 Volvo penta that was running very rough. From experience, I ruled out spark. During my time working on 496's, I have only seen one bad ignition coil, and this engine was not exhibiting signs of a failed coil. If the coil was bad, the spark plug would have been soaked in gasoline
