Matt i have a 2020 f150 2.7 ecoboost should I run in sport mode, dally driver. or regular mode? what is beter for the truck lifespan ?

I always drove in regular/normal mode. But keep in mind, a pull a day keeps the rod knock away! Haha, there’s truth to that though. Definitely floor your truck often, it will help it stay healthy and clean.
