Most of us are struggling with running because it needs some proper technique, In this video I have deascribed the form need to be followed while running/jogging that makes our sport much easier

@@gloriaaa9668 Hi dear, actually you can do running with DR, but in one of your anothercomment, you mentioned that you have umblical hernia, its better to consult with your doctor. Abdominal Muscles(core) is very important and blood flow to these muscles are more while running, so its may affect your hernia.

Hi sis, I always recommend wearing shoes for running even in the terrace, because running long barefoot on hard surface may lead to plantar fasciitis(heel pain).

@@dhanalakshmirajkumar9408 any shoes that has good cushions, I personally use hoka one one because I have wide feet, but any running shoes can be used.

That totally depends on how you feel, if you feel comfortable you can run otherwise take rest.

While I’m running or walking more than an hour I’m getting cramped and also in my foot I’m having wired pain sometimes why
For foot, take a tennis ball or any hard ball and roll under your foot for a minute, foot should get better, cramping is very common among runners, on which place do you get cramps?
