Actually, I thought it would taste weird at first but it was delicioussss I was in a hurry so just added oats, eggs, 1 tablespoon of milk and granted cheese. Highly recommended 👌🏻

Thanks. I would suggest.pulsating all veggies to the size to taste the crunch…Then adding powdered oats to half cup of rice and Besan flour. Instead of adding eggs…add baking powder. Whisk plain yogurt…and milk..and add to the batter. Salt to taste. Rest the batter for five minutes while your iron skillet is getting heated…adding butter…or coconut oil gives an aroma while you making this. It is pleasant one..very healthy. I would add a spoonful of cheese for the children…and possibly…crumbled sausage for non-veg…tastes or soya crumbles for vegetarian. One dosa has 140 calories…will increase more if butter is added. Serve with ketchup or chutney or chutney powder…Thanks for sharing.

This is a nice dea. I usually add all the veggies to omelette. Instead of tomato I prefer mushrooms. But never thought of adding oats to omelette. This will be a high protein dish. I will definitely try this.

Awesome recipe , tasty, healthy. I just added variation. Tried with egg whites & water to make batter.. I came to know. 1 egg yolk will contain 200 mg of cholesterol. As per nutritionist, "One egg yolk contains approximately 200 milligrams (mg) of cholesterol and its daily recommended level is not more than 300 mg per day".

Great recipe!!! If someone wants even more healthier, they can just do with egg whites (remove Yolkes) as well
The yolk is the healthiest part of the egg, full of vitamins and minerals, the egg white is basically just protein, no nutrition.
Shut up... Always eat whole eggs always. There is a special place in hell for people who remove eggs yolks or drink diet coke or say they are spiritual and not religious or are vegan....
That's a fake notion that egg yolk is not healthy, egg yolk contains all the goodness of the egg and is the healthiest part, removing yolk will essentially strip the egg of its nutrition.
