1/4 cup rolled oats

1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
pink salt as needed, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
2 tbsp capsicum, 2 green chilies, 1/2 tomato (deseeded), 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp grated carrot, coriander leaves and moringa leaves as needed, wood pressed/cold pressed oils as needed

Today I cooked "Oats Omelate" in lunch . I don't know how perfect it was cooked. However I enjoyed the taste that was new for me. I appreciate your efforts and Thank you . Especially egg did not give me pain in abdomen in this recipe. Usually egg gives me a little pain in abdomen . Thanks again

I tried this recipe with some tweak - water instead of milk to soak oats, onion leaves instead of onion. Also I put only only onion leaves and capsicum.
I don't know if it's coz of the ingredients I used, but the omlette was not good at all. The omlette was bit stickyish-slimyish. Can anyone help me understand what could lead to such consistency?
