- In this lecture, Sir Roger Scruton explores the timeless concept of beauty, asking what makes an object beautiful. He argues that beauty is a real and universal value, anchored in our rational nature, and that the sense of beauty has an indispensable part to play in shaping the human world.

Form and function are one- Frank Lloyd Wright
Looking for the film. by Roger Scuton about beauty I seen it some years ago but now I can't find it.
What type of person or organization does not value beauty?
What type of organisation? The BBC. After producing the film of which you speak, it withdrew it from its website and removed it from CZcams on copyright grounds.
The headquaters of my former University is at Milton Keynes. The Open University is a great example British Socialism. Mr Scruton probably loathed it.
