- Last time, I managed to complete the Karamari Hospital DLC of Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion while being chased by Lisa, White Face and Specimen 11. Today I've decided to retry the challenge, but this time with Spooper. And I can tell you it was much more intense. However, to make this challenge doable, I've also spawned The Clown, since he's a harmless enemy. Because it would be very hard to complete the DLC without him, since Spooper can make us vomit randomly. However, I think it can be possible to complete Karamari Hospital without The Clown. But this would require a near perfect RNG with Spooper, and I didn't really want to spend hours on this challenge. So yeah, maybe someday I'll try to do it again with only Spooper this time. But for now, I'm satisfied with this.

karamari hospital, but the hospital is actually filled with spores.
this actually makes sense, since the hospital is rundown. in that case some viruses are all around, maybe even a gas that can harm your health.
Spooper in karamari is something I didn’t consider being possible although I can see how he might get interesting with other specimens.
Lisa and/or whiteface would definitely mitigate the puking problem as they always leave after spooper but they have their own problems.
Lisa forcing you to always go backwards will make the maze a problem and that staircase leading to patient can be outright unfair with whiteface.
I also wonder what Lisa/hooked doll would look like, not because of difficulty but just to see what the effects look like when they stack, I imagine it could get very hard to see.
Lisa + Spooper is surely possible. The biggest problem would be the maze, but if I can learn to find my way around it backwards, it should be fine. Plus Lisa is barely visible in the maze because of the fog, so it may even be possible to dodge her and not taking any damage if I play well.
White Face + Spooper is definitely impossible to pull off though. Because of the staircase sequence where White Face teleports a lot.
As for Hooked Doll, you're likely to be disappointed, as her fog doesn't work well in Karamari because of the hospital fog. But I'll probably make a video showing that.

Damn, you're good. I played Karamari about 4 times and somehow still get lost in those 2 halls with the patient rooms.

Bekka doesn't spawn at the exit doors of Karamari. So this combo won't work (thankfully). It would be impossible to complete the DLC in these conditions anyway
Oh my (Deer) God. Such Speedrun in 6 minutes?! Knowing exactly where to go/ leave from and also not encountering Ghost Cow nor losing inside of a maze? Also knowing your health bar is slowly dropping down because of Spooper? That's crazy. But hey! Great job!
This was such a crazy challenge to face in my opinion lol. But you've made it.

- I did like the Clown Specimen spamming there from time to time, blocking doors lol. That was really nice of him 👍🏻
Honestly, this run could've been better, because I took a damage from Monster 4 just before go back to the staircases (unlucky moment) and I also took a longer way at the end. Which cost me some precious seconds because I triggered Spooky and almost died at that point because Spooper made me vomit. Which meant I finished the DLC in 6:26 with 5 HP instead of maybe 6:10 with 30 HP. But at least I pull off the challenge, so I'm still satisfied. But I think I might try the challenge again, this time without the clown, to see if it's really possible to finish Karamari with only Spooper.

Yeah, I could tell it was kind of messed up. Thanks to Spooky and the Hanged Man especially, but you still made it. And I'm glad you did. It was kind of an intense moment, too. But you got through.
Looking forward to that one without the Clown Specimen. This seems like fun to try to beat Karamari Hospital with Spooper only.

@@AdeleDL23 Trying to beat Karamari Hospital with only Spooper will probably be really though. Because it will require a near perfect RNG to complete the DLC. But I think it's still doable, as there are some sections where I'll be chased by another monster. So in those cases I won't have to worry about Spooper. The part I dread the most is the one on the staircases though. Because I don't think it's possible to cross the stairs without Spooper making you vomit. But anyway, I'll see how to magage this when I'll retry the challenge. I'm not planning to make this video just yet. The next video I'll be doing on Karamari will be with Tirsiak !

Try with Hooked Doll , Husks and Woormy Charles ( Or can you spawn enemies from DH? )
Husks and Woormy Charles need a pathfinding to follow the player through the hospital, which they don't have. So they will be stuck at the entrance of the hospital.

Would be cool seeing some of the other enemies who dont realy on pathfinding to work. Those i guess most of them would feel pretty samey.

@typervader I'll give it a try. But it might be limited by the fact that you can only regain life with the doll and some sections would be impossible to get through if a monster is chasing you. Like the Root Cellar for example, where you move slower and don't have the doll the first time you go there. And there's also the sequence where you have to drop the doll off in the tea room and wait, which is a problem if a monster is chasing you. Or even the Nightmare sequence. Anyway, I'll have to do some tests. But for now, I think the only monsters that could possibly work in Dollhouse would be Lisa, White Face and maybe Spec.11.
