A great video as usual, do have a question about the Baldwin, I'm called on an exact, maybe different style of design, but the knob and the thumb push model. I'm having a very difficult time releasing the two set screws any ideas?
Hello I'm not sure exactly what you have going on but a lot of times a screw will be stripped or sometimes they can have a buildup of material on them causing them to not want to release. If you need further assistance shoot me an email at tricountylocksmithservice@gmail.com I would suggest lubricating and hydrating everything with your favorite penetrating lubrication letting it sit for a little while and then possibly using an impact driver if you can get it on that particular screw just to start knocking it loose If that doesn't work and it's completely stripped or seized then you might have to take more drastic measures
