In this Chinese Street Food tour video, I'm going to take you on a food street journey to many delicious, mouthwatering street food places around Beijing, AKA Peking, in Northern China. If you're thinking about traveling to China for the street food, make sure to come visit Beijing. You can enjoy unique Chinese street foods hidden in Beijing's Hutong Alleyways and try some classic Chinese cuisine favorites like Peking duck AKA Beijing duck, Jian bing ( 煎饼) AKA Chinese crepes, and a ton of other hidden specialties.
In the past 3 years, I've shot and eaten street food around China, including locations like Chengdu, Lanzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Beijing, Wuhan, Leshan, Shanghai, and Xinjiang's Silk Road. So far, the street food in each of these locations has been the best street food around the world!
Chinese cuisine is so fantastic, it would really take a lifetime to eat all of it. I consider myself super lucky and fortunate to be able to live in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, eating Sichuan food and sampling food across the whole country whenever I get the chance. I've decided to stay living in China for another year or two or even more, shooting delicious street food in china for you and across asia as well!

I watched this video because of how much I miss China. Oh my gosh I was drooling over the jianbing and peking duck. The food in China was great.

I was just in Beijing and tried most of those foods! Sooo cool to be just like the legendary Food Ranger!!!!!! The duck was just as you said perfectly cooked!!!!! Last night I was in Xi'an trying the delicious lamb shiskababs. Will be going back to Beijing in a couple days! Looking forward to trying the sesame porridge,I have been loving the different types of porridge. One wonderful thing aside from your different interesting food blogs is the fact that you can speak& converse in Chinese , Cantonese or etc dialect which is one of the most difficult to learn . Upcourse , they don't expect you to speak like a native but you really converse well too . Totally amazing , coz even top chefs like Bourdain who's as been to China , HK, Japan never tried to even utter the countries language .

My girlfriend absolutely hates duck meat. Some how managed to get her to try Beijing peking duck when we visited there as a Beijing must do. Long story short, duck went from her most hated food to her favourite food ever in one bite!!!

Eggy Pie I think he was actually struggling with the use of the word “Kao Xiang” 烤箱 because the proper name for this tool is “kao lu” 烤炉. The major difference is that kao xiang in Chinese usually refers to the ovens at home with a door to seal it, and xiang means box which infers a closed space. The chef hesitated but eventually decided not to correct him about this nit point.
