How do you get a Les Paul to even remotely stay in tune in this low tuning?

Besides the low A# string, it's only a half step down, which isn't too bad. When you strum the floppy low string it goes kind of sharp, so I intentionally tune it a little flat, so that when I hit it, it goes sharp to be in tune.
