    Would be interesting to see this done for a En-Suite bathroom as they are quite common these days.

    Would a in-line fan in the loft void be the correct solution for this shower room. With the extraction point above the shower. Drawing the moist air where it is being generated, directly above the shower and not Drawing the air from the adjacent opening window.
    Otherwise, perfect training.

    I see that shower panels have been used on this bathroom. I'm looking at buying some from Mermaid. Ever used these? Any reason not to? Love the vids mate, cheers!

    Awesome video, could you explain how zones work around a basin?
    Would it be acceptable to have an electric towel rail (IP55) and controller (IPX4) in zone 2 of a basin?
    Or would the controller require being outside the zone?

    Okie dokie, what about spot lights...down lighters.... Which you see used frequently in bathrooms.. even in the shower enclosures.. I assume they should be IP65 rated?

    Nice education video for sure here but still puzzles me why Metal door runners on shower enclosure doors are not Earthed as standard - Maybe they don't conduct fault currents?

    • @Baggiolyful
      @Baggiolyful Před 11 měsíci +1

      Is it an extraneous conductive part is the question and i would say it’s not. How would that door runner introduce a potential ?

      @@Mike_5 if all circuits in a bathroom are rcd protected then in most cases supplementary bonding can be omitted. But your missing the point. Yes the runner is made out of metallic and is conductive but it’s not extraneous so it can’t introduce any earth potential so earthing or bonding it would serve no purpose
