- Enjoy this second track premiere from Meteor's F-4 Original Soundtrack: RIDE OF THE PHANTOMS - our take on the Wagnerian epic. The "Of Ghosts and Thunder" OST will soon release in digital form and come bundled together with the DCS: F-4E module for DCS World, launching May 21st!

I realise it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but Meteor is generally good. Personally, him remixing “Ride of the Valkyries” seems a little phoned in, but it’s still decently done at least and definitely sounds like his style. I’m sure there will be something for everyone on the rest of the album.
The rest of the album is pretty great which is why this one left me scratching my head when I first heard it on the vinyl. I'm sure it will grow on me, but it'd be better as a bonus track.

Yeah, not gonna lie. I love meteor to death, his work is A+ most of the time. Love the F-4 to pieces. This entire album mid as heck. Guns kill alone blows it out of the water (though, that's a very high bar to match.) Won't stop me from enjoying the module, but I think I can come up with some better tunes for my cassette deck this time around.
I was expecting a more rock-oriented Vietnam-era soundtrack. This is more like another ‘80’s F-14 album imo, like it could almost work for the A-6.
@@wantdatcadpat44To make it Vietnam centric would exclude the rest of the Phantoms' service history though. Plus Meteor is a synthwave artist, so a different musical style isn't really something to expect. Its like asking Metallica to drop an album that sounds like the Beatles.
@@majorborngusfluunduch8694 I think that's where my problem lays. Yes, it's good they tried to cover its entire service history but that also means that nothing is allowed to shine through. There's parts of a few songs that are very good, but just parts. Not entire songs. For me, anyways.
It feels like the corporate anthem of an F-4 that was made to be sold in wal-mart. Not the grungy dirty oily smokey themes of a beast meant to sling hatred.
Guns Kill is arguably the best song on DotF but half the album is generic synths with no crescendo at all. This track is fairly mid by itself but Bolo smokes nearly all of DotF, no contest.
@@ChrisSmith-mi2zo To each their own, I find this horridly low quality. The only two songs I truly enjoy are Osiris and Kai, the mildly shining jewels of the F-4E musical crown for me. Thank goodness for foobar 2000. 😂

PRZYGOTOWANIE:
Kapustę zalać wodą, dodać ziele angielskie, liście laurowe. Mięso podsmażyć na tłuszczu, pokroić w kostkę, dodać do kapusty. Kiełbasę pokroić w kostkę podsmażyć razem z cebulką na tłuszczu, dodać do kapusty. Dodać pieczarki pokrojone lub grzybki suszone wcześniej namoczone i obgotowane w wodzie, w której się moczyły, oraz śliwki. Gotować bigos na wolnym ogniu, pod koniec gotowania dodać koncentrat pomidorowy, dobrze wymieszać, doprawić solą i pieprzem.
