@Complete Commando, I've watched a lot of videos on Royal Marines exercises and when it comes to the pull ups I know you're always told to keep arms shoulder width, but on this video it seems like your arms are slightly wider and I've noticed PTIs doing this aswell.
Is this acceptable form for PRMC or will it have to be strictly shoulder width? Thanks and your channel is amazing.

Really started to consider a career as a Royal Marines Commando upon completing my degree back in June. Currently I have an ongoing application as a regular officer for the British Army but the Royal Marines are a corp I have always liked the look of. The issue is I sprained my ankle quite badly last December, and nine months on I still find myself with discomfort when embarking on any form of running, meaning I haven't ran properly in 2021. Obviously I appreciate this is an issue as a RM hopeful, and I wondered if anyone woild be able to offer me any advice so I can get onto my application. Should I see a physiotherapist? Or a doctor? The trouble is I don't want to notify the Marines about this ongoing injury for them to turn round and say I'm medically unjust/or see you in 3 years time. Cheers
