Why in the world would you think a president who banned Russian oil, made the US energy independent by increasing domestic drllling to the highest level in history, and heavily sanctioned every sector of the Russian economy care about a few Russian oil refineries? It’s not even crude. The U.S. is now selling the oil to Europe, that russia used to sell to Europe. Higher prices would only make America money. We export oil. We have enough of our own. Watch state dept press briefings and think it through, if you actually care about the answer.
