    Hi will is there a set colour wrap to use as most people use green for haylage and black for silage

      Hi Nick, great question! It’s just personal preference really we use dark green on most haylage for us and black whilst contracting unless asked for different.

    What varieties of grass are you using in you're horse haylage ley then?

      Mainly Italian ryes in our premium top end haylage

    Did you use weed killer before hand ?

      We use a pesticide(weed killer) months before if a crop requires it

    You are disinforming people rather than giving accurate information. 25 and 30% moisture content is way to low for complete fermentation to occur. Please don’t do this.

      Hi Daniel the Haylage Will ferment in an alkaline form rather than acidic like silage so it still does ferment but not in the same form as silage would
