    Ingredients:
    200g dark chocolate
    100g margarine
    220 ml milk
    130 ml heavy cream
    vanilla extract (as much as you like)
    4 eggs
    160g brown sugar
    215g flour
    40g cocoa
    baking powder (one package)
    50g dark chocolate
    50g milk chocolate
    100 ml heavy cream
    How to make?
    1. Melt 200g dark chocolate and 100g margarine.
    2. In a separate bowl, add 220ml milk, 130ml heavy cream and vanilla extract (as much as you like). Add 4 eggs and 160g of brown sugar and beat everything together. When it is whipped, add the melted chocolate and mix everything together.
    3. When mixed, add 215g flour, 40g cocoa and one packet of baking powder. Mix everything together to remove lumps.
    4. Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 24 cm and bake at 160° / 40 - 50 minutes (depending on the power of the oven). Cool the crust briefly after baking.
    5. Melt 50g dark chocolate and 50g milk chocolate. When the chocolate has melted, add 100ml heavy cream. Stir to combine the ingredients.
    6. Pour the melted chocolate over the crust.
    7. Cool the cake in the fridge for 1 hour.
